A quiet day on Yellow Brick Row becomes a disaster in progress when a truck explodes releasing a cloud of silver particles over the city. We meet Marshall Carstairs, Ethan Blackwell, Cindy O’Hare, Peter Washington and Professor Cephalopod as they each react to the pending disaster….
